3 Looks I Love

QJpKS10XTW8IynQXo-y1-nsETemv1j9Qz8utBPu_CucFirst let me start by saying that I pretend that I am Stevie Knicks on a regular basis, so it only seems right that I would be drawn to a 1970′s style look. Not only is this Joie beaded top perfect for Summer but it’s freakishly cute. As always I am wearing giant sunglasses a la Chloe (Similar) and topped it off with a floppy hat. When it comes to this 70′s style it is all in the accessories, so load them on.kKfuRlPK9vNkig2A6VDW4FNd5DxW9vkUQXfixeV01xEAll I will say about this look is DVF+Coye Nokes=Perfection iajpy98szmMhAVKSgoh_Xe5X_sG7GOcqQ7XujfLFSzINothing makes me happier than a maxi dress. They are so easy to throw on I would wear them to almost anything if I could get away with it. This one is made by Ace & Jig…who pretty much makes the greatest clothes EVER!!! If you aren’t on the maxi train just yet go out and buy a simple one and see how you like it. Places like Gap, Target, and Nordstrom Rack always carry inexpensive and trendy options.

Blue Crush

blue crush

I have been having a serious blue moment recently and I just can’t stop! Now that March is literally just around the corner I am finding myself shopping in a sea of color…perhaps I am itching for a vacation? I have recently learned that blue is not only my favorite color of the season but it has been a serious man getter (not sure if that is a word but it is now). Now normally I dress for myself, or to make other girls give me dirty looks, but I am not going to lie…it feels damn good to get a second glance. Blue is one of those colors that I think looks good on everyone and has a major peacock effect, “Come and get me boys!”

Go out and get a crush on blue..it’ll be worth it trust me.

No…I Did NOT Die!

ill_be_back_soon

Believe it or not, sometimes I get sick of myself and need to re-group in order to deliver on this site. I am currently going through what some may call…a makeover. Not only will this blog get a major dose of fashion honesty, but it will also start to see things such as ramblings from my actual life. The life of a single girl trying to build a business, not throw up post drinking, not get sore from dancing, and attempting to meet any guy! I will continue to post outfits and reviews of current trends that i love (and hate), but I think that my  personal life is quite the read. So stay tuned and bare with me while I work on some kinks and quirks on the site. If you really really really miss me then you should follow me on-

Warning: Missing Shirt!

Hold the phone…a fashion blogger without a shirt on?!?! What is the world coming to? Oh wait that’s right, the no shirt thing is old news and is regularly done by major celebs. Too be honest there are days when I think “Jenna why not just wear your bra with a jacket over it,” so today I answered my question with a simple “Bitch Screw Shirts!” Now I know this seems a little risky and just plain crazy, but how boring would life be without some risks. A little style tip for re-creating this look is to wear a bustier top under a jacket!

It is officially January and it is freezing cold outside, but inside my bundled up brain I am dreaming of bright colors and warm places. As I begin my search for new Spring pieces I am instantly drawn to anything that stands out like a box of crayons. Below are some of my favorite inspiration photos from my Spring fever.jenna2

SONY DSCI regularly joke that I am the worst wardrobe stylist on earth because I rarely can pull myself together. While I may have the ability to style someone else, I can walk out of my own closet looking like a hobo! I try to gain style inspiration from everything I see to avoid these types of fashion F-Ups. Incase you are not following me on Instagram or Twitter you might not know that I am with fellow Texas blogger Sarah of Living Goldie pretty much all the time. Sarah has a seriously stylish knack of making denim cut offs look like she walked out of a magazine. That being said, I think it is time to dress up my denim cut offs and turn them into a Goldie Locks style gem. Do your friends inspire your style?
