First let me start by saying that I pretend that I am Stevie Knicks on a regular basis, so it only seems right that I would be drawn to a 1970′s style look. Not only is this Joie beaded top perfect for Summer but it’s freakishly cute. As always I am wearing giant sunglasses a la Chloe (Similar) and topped it off with a floppy hat. When it comes to this 70′s style it is all in the accessories, so load them on.
All I will say about this look is DVF+Coye Nokes=Perfection
Nothing makes me happier than a maxi dress. They are so easy to throw on I would wear them to almost anything if I could get away with it. This one is made by Ace & Jig…who pretty much makes the greatest clothes EVER!!! If you aren’t on the maxi train just yet go out and buy a simple one and see how you like it. Places like Gap, Target, and Nordstrom Rack always carry inexpensive and trendy options.

I regularly joke that I am the worst wardrobe stylist on earth because I rarely can pull myself together. While I may have the ability to style someone else, I can walk out of my own closet looking like a hobo! I try to gain style inspiration from everything I see to avoid these types of fashion F-Ups.
