Green is one of those colors that looks good on just about everyone. It is also one of those colors that is associated with so many different things such as: The Hulk, money, marijuana, “green with envy”, healthy living, aliens, Kermit, and Greenday. I’m sure those are the exact things you were thinking right? Ha! ANYWAYS, back to fashion, green is a color that can be added to any outfit and it suddenly makes you feel like Grace Kelly. The Charlotte Olympia Hollywood wedges are enough to make me want to transform my entire closet into a green one! Get you ass off the couch and grow a green thumb this summer, and I don’t mean plant some flowers, go out and add that mean green to your wardrobe.
Being a quarter life club girl is not as easy as it sounds, trust me. Not only do you have to deal with the Vegas Bomb hangover but you have to figure out what the wear!
Now I have 3 go-to looks when I go out:
#1 is show a little midriff-When it comes to a crop top you have to be really careful not to show too much skin (or chub). My friend Maria has a body that will make you sick with jealousy and she always wears a crop top. It’s going to be a cropped summer! #2 Little fun dress will take you far- Not only am I a major fan of this look, my sister Sarah and I probably own more dresses then Forever 21. I am a loving any dress that is loose and has a detailed back or a fun print. FInally, #3- Make it a shorts story- I love shorts…it is a known fact to all of my friends that shorts make me very happy. My friends also love shorts, my girl Marianarocks shorts all the time when we go out and they always look killer! I really love lace and leather shorts for the summer, you can dress them up or dress them down.
Ok my little club rats, now you are probably asking where does one buy these outfits. Well, all of the above looks are from Nasty Gal, but I also love going to Zara,Urban Outfitters, and Asos.
Go ahead and get yourself an outfit and get to the club and order a Vegas Bomb…better yet order 2!
There is something about cuffs that just makes you feel like a total badass. I am not sure if it is because we all fear being handcuffed or if they resemble gladiator armor, either way they are the perfect accessory … Continue reading →
Hey Y’all! Whoa it has been awhile since my last blog post…but you can rest assure that I am back in action and ready for some amazing fall fashion. I have been impatiently waiting for the temperature to drop … Continue reading →
Anyone who knows me will tell you that my uniform is definitely the summer blouse and high waisted shorts. It is the first thing I turn to when I have no clue what to wear! This summer we have so many options for tops and shorts it is almost giving this little stylist a panic attack. I am really loving the water color printed shorts above with the pink sleeveless button down, and since I am so short the wedges are a must! The best part about this post…EVERYTHING IS UNDER $100 and most is under $50, so get to shopping ladies. AND did I mention that there are two designer deals above?! The sunnies are Rodarte for Opening Ceremony and the gold sandals are Rebecca Minkoff on sale for $90!
I have been searching this week for affordable (and cute) dresses for Spring. I feel like the day to night concept is so broad these days and I am overloaded with options. Luckily I have found 10 dresses that are perfect for all of your Spring events, and they’re all under $100! I am mostly loving all of the shades of green in this collection of dresses I’ve chosen!
Ohhhh the Lust List, the things I wish I could just run out and buy all at once! I am mostly drooling over the Louboutin neon wedges, I have come up with about 30 reasons why I NEED them this Spring. The Kate Spade pink sunglasses aren’t very expensive but I have a problem…its called an addiction to sunnies so I am holding back on them…for NOW! What are the items you are lusting over this spring? Tweet me @stylebyjenna and tell me!
Sometimes it blows my mind how expensive some of my favorite handbags cost, especially since I change bags all of the time! I chose one of my go to bags, the marc jacobs mini quilted bag and then broke down how many other bags I could have for the $700 price tag. After looking at these 8 pieces of arm candy that total $691 I nearly fainted..I am really loving the Cambridge Satchel from ASOS!
